PROGENY MARKETING INNOVATIONS NAMES SCOTT BOJCZUK SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (Feb. 13, 2002) - Progeny Marketing Innovations announced today the appointment of Scott J. Bojczuk as senior vice president and general counsel.

Bojczuk will oversee the legal and compliance departments within Progeny Marketing Innovations, a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation. Previously, he was vice president and general counsel for Jackson Hewitt, Inc. where he managed client contract administration and compliance, acquisitions, vendor contracts, litigation management, trademark activities and corporate governance. Jackson Hewitt, also a Cendant company, is the nation's second largest tax preparation company.

Prior to joining Jackson Hewitt, Bojczuk worked in Cendant's corporate legal group. He received his jurist doctorate from the Pittsburgh University School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Penn.
Bojczuk succeeds Todd Spurgeon, who recently announced his decision to leave Progeny Marketing Innovations. Spurgeon will continue working with Progeny Marketing Innovations until April to ensure a smooth transition for the business.
