PROGENY MARKETING INNOVATIONS NAMES SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (March 15, 2002) - Progeny Marketing Innovations announced today the appointment of Don DiLucchio as the new senior vice president of sales.

DiLucchio will manage all sales strategies within Progeny Marketing Innovations, a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation. Previously, he was vice president of sales for Freddie Mac, one of the nation's leading secondary marketing companies in the mortgage industry. His clients ranged from small community banks to some of the largest financial institutions in the country.

DiLucchio is a licensed CPA and was employed by Price Waterhouse prior to joining Freddie Mac. His education includes an MBA degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
